You can workout at home, if you have to miss a class. Or you can take the workout with you on your i-Pod. Go to i-Tunes, if you don't already have it download it here...

Once you have it downloaded, go to music store, and click on PODCASTS, type in Lisa Hallquist and it should guide you to 3 segments. One is a warm up, and the other 2 are the workouts. Download them. Make sure you watch the clips first, before you do it, so you are familiar with the workout.
