Here are some links to check out regarding the discomfort that sometimes follows a workout session. The soreness is common, especially if you haven't worked out in awhile, or if you change your workouts. This is all part of adapting to the new program, bear with it, it gets less intense as you go along. Miss a few workouts though, and there it is again!!
