Chest Pullovers...




Start on your back, with knees bent, and bellybutton pulled in. Hold onto weight with both hands, keep the arms fairly straight, inhale, and slowly lower the weight towards the ground, without lifting through the ribcage (do not arch through the low back!!). Make sure core is tight, before you exhale and pull that weight directly back to start position, weight directly above chest. Make sure you are controlling the weight, do not let the weight control you!!
