Sk8r Hops...
Start with feet about hip width apart, knees soft, core tight. Hop from one foot to the other. Hop and try to hold and balance, then hop to the other side. Use the arms. Watch the ankle, try to find a nice flat spot to do this. If you cannot hop, that is ok, just step wide from one foot to the other, swing the arms.
