Fall...


Yikes, where did summer go!! I have not posted in a long time, I am still around. You may have noticed some new pix on the blog, I just had them updated. Rob and Kaili Knoll from Essence Photography did them up for me. It was fun, even though I hate having my pix taken!!







We are well into this first session of Fall classes, and it is nice to see everyone back, and great to see all the new faces!! Some new programs upcoming in October:

Cycle-Fit is back!! I am looking forward to hanging out with Melissa again!



I have certainly enjoyed the Outdoor Boot Camps, but it is almost time to hang up the outdoor program, it is getting dark out early, and soon it will be getting cool. So this class wraps up Oct. 9th. It has been alot of fun.



I am starting a

Girls Only Fitness Program Friday afternoons from 4:30 - 5:30

from September 19 - November 7th.

This class runs for 6 sessions. It is almost full, and it will be alot of fun. We will be combining Pilates, with core strength on the ball and BOSU, as well as some circuit training, and weight training, lots of stretching.



If there is a program that interests you, please pop into the Physiotherapy Clinic to register. October is a really busy month for classes, as the kids are settled back into a routine, and it starts to cool off outside. Time to come indoors!!
