At home, push ups, crunches, stairs - go up, come down, step ups on bottom step, lunge with foot on bottom step. You can make a weighted bar with some PVC pipe, sand or rocks, glue and the caps for the pipe. Fill it to the weight yoould like and glue the ends on. Easy. Have any 4 litre milk jugs around? Fill up with water, and away you go!! A full 4 l jug is about 8.8 pounds.

Quick Tip...
You do not need fancy equipment to work out. Grab your sneakers and take it outside. Include the outdoors in your workout - picnic table pushups, picnic table step ups, stairs, curbs (hop over side to side), telephone poles for interval training (jog or run from one pole to another, then walk to the next pole), hills increase the intensity (go up, and come back down a smaller hill - repeat 4-5 times), railings for pull ups, walking lunges, etc. Use your imagination.
