Wow, I cannot believe that is is mid-November already!! I have not posted in a long time, I am sorry about that.
Here is an update for the upcoming programs starting next week...
Starting November 23th Mon/Wed
9:30 am Shadow Boxing - fun, fun fun!! Lots of cardio, drills, partner work, pushups, abs!!
5:30 pm Hip Yoga- stretch out that low back and hips, release any stress from the shoulders and neck. Leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
6:45 pm Cardio Core - Be prepared to sweat!! Lots of cardio training, lots of core training, lots of strengthening, lots of stretching.
Starting November 25th Tues/Thurs
9:30 am Intermediate Mat - Take it to the next level with this intermediate mat class. Improve your posture, body awareness, flexibility, strength and much more!
5:30 pm By Invitation Only
7 - 8 pm Cycle-Fit - bring your bike and ride inside on a wind trainer. This class is led by a local triathlete with a passion to improve your fitness level, whether you are training for a triathlon, or training for life!!
It may also be a good idea to check out the schedule for the January sessions, as they are already starting to fill up!! Remember spaces are limited, and I cannot hold spots. Make sure you register soon for the classes you may want.
