HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
…Hope that this newsletter finds you healthy and happy!!
Well, it is that time again…time to gear up and get prepared for a healthy 2009.
Time to ask yourself some tough questions…
Did I meet all my goals for 2008? If no, why?
What are my goals for 2009? How will I keep on task?
Do I have the support of my family, friends, and co-workers?
What are my barriers to exercise? To eating healthy and living healthy?
How can I fit exercise in? Make exercise appointments with yourself.
Do I drink enough water?
Do I get enough sleep?
Do I regularly see my Doctor and Dentist?
Is there an injury I currently have that needs to be treated?
I am sure that there are a lot more questions you can come up with. Ask yourself, and write the answers down. Goal setting is an important process.
“If you don’t know where you are going, how are you going to get there?
