2009 Spring Summer Schedule...

The new schedule for Pilates and Fitness classes will be out soon!! The classes will start at the beginning of April.

Outdoor BOOT CAMP is back!!
April 7 - May 7th
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 - 8 pm

The last ESSENTIAL Pilates class until September will be offered:
April 6th - May 6th
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:45 - 7:45 pm

Pilates/Yoga Fusion will continue to be offered:
April 6th - May 6th
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30

Watch for more classes!!

Schedule will be posted when it is ready.
Watch for workout videos to be posted as well - something to do over Spring Break!!

If you wish to purchase a Mat Pilates DVD, please let me know, I will have them available at the Clinic.
