Outdoor Boot Camp is just about ready to start!!
Some equipment that you will need to bring is:
5 - 8 lb hand weights
Medium resistance tubing, with handles (Wal-Mart, Winners, Zellers)
Water
Good runners
Towel or mat for ground exercises
You may prefer to do the exercises without the equipment, it is up to you. I do not have the above equipment for loan, my equipment is for indoor use only.
