Wow - fabulous workout tonight!! Way to go. I certainly hope that you all feel yourselves improving. Please be sure to set your weekly GOALS!!
What are your goals for this week?
- Did you drink enough water?
- Get enough sleep?
- Eat enough of the proper foods?
- Stretch enough or at all?
Are you feeling better - increased energy, decreased stress, strength increasing, increased endurance (able to shop longer!!), aches and pains decreasing, headaches decreasing, etc.
Please be sure to ask if you have any questions at all. What may seem like a silly question, really isn't. I need to know how you are feeling, is the workout challenging enough, if not how can I make it harder for you? Is the workout too challenging, if so what changes can I make to help you out? Are you working around an injury, I try to remember, if I don't please do not hesitate to remind me!!
- This is your workout, it is about challenging yourself to be the best you can be.
- It is about improving your health.
- It is about showing yourself that you can do anything if you set your mind to it, and breaking through those mental barriers that quite often prevent us from reaching our goals.
- There is no competition, no judgement from others. Everyone is here to support each other.
