I am available for private, one-on-one sessions that could focus on Pilates, Pilates Equipment training, home workouts, gym workouts, body weight resistance training, outdoor workouts, walk to run programs, lifestyle coaching, stretching and relaxation, and much more.

Learn goal setting, and time management. Review of your current nutrition, and recommendations from the Canada Food Guide on how to change it. Review of your current lifestyle including exercise commitments. Learn to overcome your barriers to exercise, and be successful without "dieting".
