Had a blast in Kelowna for the Zumba Instructor training program. Thanks to Robyn Holm - fabulous trainer!!
Now the hard work begins, the choreography!! My classes start October 19th Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:45 am and 6:45 pm.
Caroline Rowland's class starts tonight for Zumba - it will be so much fun.

Congratulations, Lisa! I didn't realize that you were going to be teaching a Zumba class too! Perhaps you should try out some moves on the special class. You know we are always good for feedback... or is that backtalk...
I am sure it is "back talk!" Thanks Kim!! For sure the special class will be testing out the Zumba...see you tomorrow.
