Chair Exercises...

Here is a short 10 minute video that outlines some exercise options from a seated position. Please keep in mind this is not a professional production - just an guideline for some exercise ideas. It is sometimes quite hard to get to a fitness class if you have limited mobility. I hope that this short little program will help to get you moving!! I will try to post some more soon so you don't get bored!!
Please be sure to work at your own pace, if you feel any nausea, dizziness, chest pains or other serious pain please stop immediately and consult with your Physician. You should always check with your Doctor before beginning an exercise program.
