Outdoor Boot Camp

...is scheduled to start March 31, 2008.

It will be 4 eves per week, at 7 pm. We will meet at the Physio clinic, and get all signed in. Then we will be off. The only time we will not be outside, is if there is lightning. Otherwise, come prepared!!

Bring lots of water. You will need a towel, and a mat, as well as 5 - 8 lb weights. For the first 12 people to register, you will get a FREE resistance tube with handles!! If you register after that, you will need to bring your own. They are available at Wal-Mart, Zellers, Rocky Mountain Fitness in Kelowna, sometimes Winners.

All participants will get a body fat percentage evaluation before the classes start, midway, and at the end, if you are interested. Goal setting, and meeting your goals is a priority in this class. Come with some goals in mind, and learn how to achieve them, as well as how to keep changing them to keep yourself going.

We will run through a different series of exercises each and every class. This ensures that you are not working the same muscle groups on consecutive days. Some classes will be more endurance based, some will be resistance training based, ALL classes are core based.

This class is customizable for each and every person that attends. No one will be left behind!! It is all about you, and what you are looking to get out of each and every class. I guarantee you, that if you didn't feel like coming before the class, once we start you will be glad that you came!!

Be held accountable by working out in a group setting. Receive encouragement and support from other Boot campers!! Get results fast! Feel good about yourself and your achievements.

Are you ready to sign up? Spaces are limited, sign up now at www.summerlandphysio.com or call 494-1828.

Can't wait for "spring cleaning" so to speak. Sounds like it will be challenging and fun!
