Stand with the feet in a comfortable position, with weights at your sides. This is a great muffin top blaster when done correctly!!
Draw that bellybutton in, do not let the weights just "pull" you to the side, slowly lower the body to one side, pull that bellybutton up and in, and slowly pull yourself back to the start position, inhale as you lower to the other side, and exhale as you slowly use those abs to pull you back center.
Do not lean forward or back, and do not pull through the neck.
