Skullcrushers...












Here we are working the triceps muscles, at the back of the arm!! Yippee!!
On your back with the knees bent, weight in one hand directly above the shoulder, and the other hand right behind the elbow. Scoot the head out of the way, as you lower the weight alongside the head, and exhale as you straighten out the arm. Keep core engaged, and lengthen through the back of the neck. Make sure the weight is comfortable for you, and there should be no pain in the elbow!!
