Side Lateral Raise...


Stand with feet in a comfy position, I like mine a bit closer, keep the knees bent, core engaged, shoulder blades back. Bend at the elbows, lift the weights up to the side, keeping the arms in a horizontal position, do not let the weights lower, do not shrug the shoulders, do not throw the weights up into the air using the low back. Nice and controlled as you lift and lower. Always lift on the exhale, inhale as you lower.
