Theraband Trunk Twists...



This is another great muffin top buster!! Loop the handle of your theraband through the other handle around a solid object - post or tree. Stand out from the post with the feet about hip width apart. Hold onto the handle with both hands, and keep handle into chest. Keep the core nice and tight, hips facing forward, turn right from the base of the ribcage as you rotate to the other side, slowly rotate back to the start position. Feel the oblique abdominals working to rotate your upper body. Switch sides.
