Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees are soft. Keep the shoulder blades pulled back, and bellybutton pulled in. Start with the weights out in front of the body, with the elbows bent. Push the weights up towards the sky alternating. Do not tuck bum under. Keep core engaged.

That is funny!! But no, I just hate having my picture taken, and Mya was not happy to be taking them. So, I just wanted to get it over and done with!! Thanks for noticing.
