CARDIO
20 minutes
5 minutes gradual Warm up
10 minutes increased intensity!! Kick things up a notch!! Jog for 2 telephone poles instead of one, and walk for 1. Jog 2/walk 1.
5 minutes gradual Cool down
30 mountain climber legs (pix posted)
30 Pushups
30 Hammer Curls
30 Biceps Curls with Overhead Press (pix posted)
30 Tae Bo Kix right (pix posted)
30 Tae Bo Kix left
30 alternating Lungebacks with opposite hand touch down to ground
Repeat this sequence 3 x.
STRETCH!!
