Fall Schedule...

Okay...

Summer is barely upon us, and I am already planning for the Fall!! Sad eh? Well, I would like to hear what you have to say - what classes would you like to see offered in the fall.

Beginner Mat Pilates Class - The perfect intro to Pilates. This is a pre-requisite for the other classes.

Intermediate Pilates Class - Take the next step to learn some new exercises and different variations on the exercises you already know.

Advanced Pilates Class - By invitation only!

Core Motion Circuit Class - Different stations are set up for each class. A minute is spent at 10 or so, stations, 2 - 3 times through.

Indoor Boot Camp - 5 Mornings a week, stations, Bosu, Ball, Weights, you name it, we do it!

30/30 Class - Half Cardio, Half Resistance Training, or Half Pilates, Half Bosu. It is a different combination each time.

Outdoor Boot Camp - Crank up your workouts to a higher intensity! Break out of your exercise plateau with butt burning quats, lunges, stair training, & run/walking. Define those arms with push ups, pull ups, dips, weights, and resistance tubing. There is focus on CORE with each and every exercise, but we take it to a new level. Every class is different, and designed for achieving results. Meet with your trainer beforehand to discuss your goals, take your measurements, and before picture, and body fat percentage to help measure your success.

Diva - Fitness Bellydancing

Cycle-Fit- Indoor cycling at it's best! You use your own bike attached to a wind trainer (available to rent), so you never have to worry about improper set up of your bike. Sitting on a bike that is not set up for you will increase the chances of injuring yourself. You are taken through a class with a super experienced cyclist, and each class is designed with you and your needs and goals in mind.

Bosu Ball Workout - A whole class using the half Ball!! The BOSU is designed to challenge your CORE stability, overall balance and coordination, increase cardio endurance, increase strength and flexibility!!

Spring Unit Workouts - Using the springs attached to the wall units, many exercises can be performed that simulate using the reformer.

On The Ball - Stability Ball Class - Ramp up the basics on the ball, and add in some new exercises. We will incorporate hand weights, tubing, body weight, and trying out the BOSU - the half ball. Stretching is included with each class.

Variety Class - Enjoy a different class each time, by combining Mat Pilates, Core Motion, Ball and Bosu workouts, finishing up with a nice relaxing stretch session.

These are just the basics I offer, I am always on the lookout for new class ideas, if you have any let me know! lhallquist@yahoo.com

I am also looking for new instructors for Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga, Tai Chi, anything else!! If you know of anyone, please let me know.

I'd definitely like the fall boot camp - anything with good cardio.

Although I'd love the fall boot camp,I just realized that Bill is away for 2 or 3 weeks in Sept. which means evenings are out for me. But anything daytime with good cardio would be great.
