New Series of Classes...

There is a new series of classes to start the week of October 20th.  Next week (Oct. 6-9th) is the last week of this session of classes.  What a great session it has been.  I have met a ton of fabulous new people in my Essential Pilates class.  I am happy to see the "regulars" back in my other classes, and the crew in the evening outdoor Boot Camp classes really busted their butt over the past 5 weeks.  I am so glad to have such a fun job, and meet such fun, and interesting people.

The next session of classes include:

S.E.T. - Oct 20 - Nov 19 Monday Wednesdays 9:30
(Strength and Endurance Training)

Intermediate Mat Pilates - Oct 21 - Nov 20 - Tuesdays Thursdays 9:30

On the Ball - Oct 20 - Nov 19 Mondays Wednesdays 10:45

Flex'n'Stretch - Oct 21 - Nov 20 Tuesday Thursdays 10:45
(Yoga based strengthening class)

"Hip" Yoga - Oct 20 - Nov 19 Mondays Wednesdays 5:30
(This Yoga-based class is designed to stretch out the hips and back, as well as strengthen the midsection.)

Essential Pilates - October 20 - Nov 19 Mondays Wednesdays 6:45
(Intro to Pilates)

Cycle Fit - October 21 - Nov 20 Tuesday Thursdays 7 - 8
Yay it is back!!  Come ride inside with us, bring your own bike and we will set it up on a windtrainer.  This is for a variety of fitness levels - beginner to Triathlete.  Everyone benefits from this class.  Experienced cyclist, Melissa Berrisford, will be leading the pack in this fun fitness program.  

Register early for these classes, as they do fill up quickly!!
