Wow - we all have suffered from stress at least once or twice. Stress doesn't just cause tension headaches and upset stomach, it can actually jump start your obesity hormones as well!! Ease the tensions and turn off the fat cells for good. Stay away from the snacks. Making the right choices during stressful situations will help the waistline. Ensure you get enough ZZZZZ's. Stay away from the caffeine, it increases the jittery feeling as well as preventing you from sleeping.
