Don't look for someone else to fix your body!! The truth is that becoming dedicated and succeeding in fitness is already within your control. If you have made the effort to get to an exercise studio or check out my blog,then there is already something wonderful stirring inside of you. Reward your new desire to change with positive thoughts rather than dwelling on any negative habits that brought you to this point.
I am sure that you have told yourself something negative over and over, and now you believe it. "I am lazy", "I am weak", "I am uncoordinated". Turn things around by starting to believe in yourself. There is nothing you cannot achieve if you put your mind to it.
I have seen the weary become strong, the stiff become flexible, and those suffering from pain become pain-free. There is one, and only one, reason this happened, and that is because they have come to believe that they can!!
What is it that you want to achieve? What do you need to change in order for this to happen? Who is supporting your plans? What is your time frame (make it realistic)? Plan for setbacks, but don't dwell on them. Keep moving forward.
Your real strength begins in your mind. Stop giving your power away. There is no one who should care more about your success than you do.
