NEVER DO 10 POUNDS OF MOVEMENT FOR A 5 POUND EXERCISE!!

One truth to exercise is that more is not better!!

"This exercise feels like it is really working - so I better do a few more sets."

This attitude is pointless. It relates to doubling up on your medication to get better faster. You end up doing yourself more harm than good because you are fatiguing your muscles. Pilates exercise is a more effective way to work your body, within the limits of muscular endurance.

The concept of working all the muscles at the same time but continually changing movements is the most comprehensive way to build your stamina. Because all the muscles of the body are being used at the same time, and during each and every exercise, there is no need to try to load up on one specific area.
