This is the ultimate cardio class where you set your own tempo. You are gently encouraged to work a bit harder each class, while having fun at the same time.
You bring in your own bike, which is set up specifically for you, and set it up on one of our windtrainers, and blocks. And then get ready to ride!! We are on a different course each class, or using a different training technique. We have fun music, share great stories, and make some new friends with similar interests. Learn how to ride your bike properly and efficiently from our highly trained instructor, Melissa Berrisford. Melissa has an extensive background in sports and athletics, and cycling is one of her favorites!! She brings alot to the classes by sharing specific cycling tips and techniques, information on how to properly set up your bike, and lots more!!
