Easy Ways to Perfect Your Form...

You are doing everything right - or are you? Need some help, here are some tips to help you visualize your way to great workout results!

1. To keep your back in good alignment, think that there is a string attached to the top of your head pulling your head up. Or, you can think about wearing suspenders and pulling them tight and straight.

2. To prevent elbows from flaring out when doing dips, skull crushers, overhead extensions - imagine squeezing a basketball between your elbows. This will prevent your shoulders from taking over the exercise from the triceps.

3. To get maximum butt and thigh results when in bridge position, imagine a soccer ball between your knees, and you need to engage you inner thighs to roll your thighs inwards and keep the ball in place.

4. During crunches, imagine a cup of water on your belly, and you don't want it to spill. This will engage your abs and keep your hips parallel to the floor.
