Hey - Great Work tonight!! Wow, you guys worked hard. Fabulous!! Way to go.
How are you feeling? Hope that all is well. Please let me know if there are any issues, new pain, (other than muscle soreness!), questions or concerns. Drink lots of water, lots of extra stretching. Keep moving. With only 2 Boot camps per week, please make sure that you do 2 - 3 extra workouts per week. Plan those workouts into your day. Plan your routine, don't just say "Oh, I think I will walk tomorrow". Make a date with yourself, at 1:00 tomorrow afternoon, I will walk from point A to point B, time yourself, and then drive the route and see how far it is. Write it down, and plan to do that same route again in a couple of weeks, and again, time it, and see how your time has improved. You are more likely to stick with the program if you can actually SEE the changes you are making. Perhaps those changes aren't as quick as you would like, but there are other things going on inside the body, and in other ways. Improving your time is one big change, improving your eating is another, drinking more water, sleeping better, increased energy, stress has decreased or you feel you are better equipped to deal with the stress, decrease in headaches, decreased back or neck pain, feeling stronger - the list goes on. Find your strengths, focus on the positive. No negative thoughts or comments, every step is a step in the right direction.
Please review your goals for this week, and for this camp. It is early yet, so they are still fresh in your mind. Keep them that way each and every night. We all started at the same place, and we progress only as far as we allow ourselves. We are only as strong as we allow ourselves to be. Give yourself the permission you need to be strong, to be healthy, to be whatever it is you want to be!
I hope you had fun tonight. It was great to see you all out there working so hard. The classes will be progressive, so we will push it each and every time. Make sure you are working at your own pace, but be sure to push yourself as well. You can do it, and I am just there to help you out.
