Yet again, another fabulous workout!! Way to go you guys!! Hope you are feeling okay, you probably will be a bit sore over the next day or so. Lots of stretching, and lots of water, and keep moving!
Make sure you are eating enough during the day, to fuel the workouts. You may be finding it hard to sleep after such a late workout, your body will adjust. Try to limit the amount of caffeine you have after lunch, this includes pop.
That was a tough workout tonight, and you weathered the storm, great job. Looking forward to another great workout from you guys next week.
