Way to go, that was great. Look at all the progress you made in one week!! Make sure to stretch, drink lots (of water!!), get lots of sleep, hot tub or warm bath. Keep moving would be the best piece of advice I have for you.
Check - how are your feet/ankles? how are your knees/shins? how are the hips/low back? how is the upper back/neck/shoulders? Any issues? How are the side stitches? Did they disappear quickly, or hang around?
We will be increasing the warm up as we get into harder workouts. So be careful not to start jogging/running too early. We want to make sure we are well warmed up before dashing off. Some people may be ready to start jogging sooner than others. Some may not want to jog at all, perhaps a speed walk would work best. Listen to your body, and do what you can. For some 3 sets of stairs would be great, rather than the 5. Then try for one more set next time.
