We will be the only weight management program using the MedGem, as used by a popular reality weight loss series on TV. The MedGem will determine your Resting Metabolic Rate, so we can set realistic energy intake goals. As well, we will detemine your metabolic fingerprint, by using an assessment questionnaire. This program is being offeredy by qualified, trained professionals. You will receive a personalized fitness program, as well as food and fitness journaling done by our qualified staff. At your assessment you will have your bodyfat percentage calculated, your BMI, your total body water, your blood pressure, your measurements will be taken, as well as your weight. SMART goals will be set so you can be successful. Weekly support meetings will be held, and you will receive your individual food & fitness profile based on the information you have provided us the week prior. Different topics will be covered each week, as well as weekly weigh in, discussion of your food and fitness profile.
