PILATES REFORMER...

Want to get toned fast?

The Reformer is the way to go. The Pilates Reformer is a unique piece of equipment, you can do all body parts with one machine. The reason for the quick effectiveness? It uses springs for resistance to speed up the toning process. Your body stays challenged, as there are ways to increase the resistance, and change the exercises to make them more difficult. The whole time you are challenging core!! You have to control your core, and control the springs, not let the springs control you.

In my studio, I have several Wall Spring Units that mimic the moves on the Reformer. On the Reformer, you actually lay on a carriage that has wheels on it, and it moves as you move the straps and springs. When using the wall spring unit, you can stand, sit, or kneel on the ground, or sit, stand or kneel on a BOSU, or sit on a stability ball, while using the springs.

I mostly use the wall spring unit in Circuit classes or in Private training. But I have had a series of classes strictly on the Spring Unit. The class size is limited to 6.

Springs really are a fabulous way to get fit, fast!! If you would like a demo with the spring units , or the Reformer, book an appointment soon!!
