Think about your goals for next week. Make sure they are the smaller goals that will help get you to your bigger goals. Drink lots of water. What have you been eating? What are your plans for the weekend? If they include any buffet kind of eating, please plan ahead. Drink some water, or eat a bit before going. Browse the buffet table, and make sensible choices.
CARDIO:

- 30 BICEPS CURLS TO OVERHEAD PRESS (pix posted)
- 30 LAT PULLS with dumbbells right (pix posted)
- 30 LAT PULLS with dumbbells left
- 30 DIPS
- 30 CRUNCHES
- 30 CRISS CROSS (pix posted)
Repeat sequence 3 times!!
