MONDAY WORKOUT...

How is it all going? I will be back to haunt you next week!! Get caught up, keep yourself going, whatever it is you need to do this week, because I am not starting back at the beginning, I am just going to continue on.


CARDIO:

15 min - 5 minutes gradual warm up

5 minutes intense workout (harder, faster pace than usual)

5 minutes cool down



  • 30 PUSH UPS
  • 30 DIPS
  • 30 CRUNCHES
  • 30 SQUATS (pix posted)
  • 30 UPPERCUTS (pix posted)

REPEAT sequence x 3.
