BOOT CAMP WORKOUT #12...TUESDAY

TUESDAY WORKOUT...

Today my goal is..

Time is running out!! I am back on Monday!! Push yourself, do it, I know you can!!

CARDIO:
20 - 30 minutes increase the intensity during your cardio portion of the workout.

1 minute Shuttle Run
1 minute Jax
1 minute Stairs
1 minute Squat Hops
1 minute Skip Rope or Skater Hops

Repeat this sequence x 3.

Stretch!!
