Try something new today!! Hiking, biking, rollerblade, etc.

  • 25 SIDELYING LEG LIFTS right leg (pix posted)
  • 25 SIDELYING LEG LIFTS left leg
  • 25 PUSHUPS
  • 25 SQUATS (legs close together) (pix posted)
  • 25 JAX
