BOOT CAMP WORKOUT #5...Friday!!

FRIDAY WORKOUT...

Wow it is Friday - GREAT WORK you guys!! I just know you have been working hard this week. Let's keep on pace for next week as well. Make sure you are thinking about your goals for the next week.

Are you drinking lots of water? Eating enough to sustain your energy level? Eating breakfast? Don't skip any meals, and eat snacks in between. Have lots of fresh fruit available, cut up veggies, all within reach. Skip the vending machines!! Skip the junk aisles at the grocery store.

CARDIO...
20 - 30 minutes
Watch hills if you have any knee problems. Try to keep the walks flat, and instead of hills, try to increase your pace from one telephone pole to another. Move those arms!!

  • 25 PUSH UPS
  • 25 ROWS with theraband (pix psoted)
  • 25 BICEPS CURLS TO OVERHEAD PRESS (pix posted)
  • 25 TRICEPS SKULLCRUSHERS right (pix posted)
  • 25 TRICEPS SKULLCRUSHERS left
