TUESDAY WORKOUT...

Goals!!!!!!!!

CARDIO:
20 - 30 minutes

  • 30 PUSHUPS
  • 30 DIPS
  • 30 CRUNCHES
  • 30 THERABAND TRUNK TWISTS (from base of ribcage NOT knees) right (pix posted)
  • 30 THERABAND TRUNK TWISTS left
  • 30 SIDE BENDS right with dumbbells - pull right from core!! (pix posted)
  • 30 SIDE BENDS left with dumbbells - pull right from core!!

Repeat x 3 times
