How are you doing midway through this week? E-mail me and let me know you are doing your homework!! If you don't e-mail me I will know you have not read this, which may mean you have not done it!! Don't fall behind, 20 extra pushups first night back!! Extra muscle soreness after that first workout back with me. I will know if you have done your homework or not!!
