Come on down to Penny Lane Bargain Outlet in Summerland on Saturday July 5th. The proceeds from that day will benefit the Penticton Pinnacles U13 Girls Soccer Team, half of the team consists of girls from Summerland. The girls from the team will be there to help you shop, and to chat with you. The money will go towards tournament fees, and new equipment for the team.
What a great way to support local girls soccer!! This is a really tough age to keep the girls interested and motivated in the sport. This is the age where they tend to come to a fork in the road, and supporting their efforts along the way makes it more likely they will choose the positive fork!!
Thank you for your support!! And thank you very much to all those that contributed already to the bottle drive. We have collected $50 so far, and I will keep you posted as to the total amount we raise, as the day we come around to collect the bottles will be in July. Save those bottles please!!
