Why is it that I can go and take a fitness class for about $5-$7 a class at the local recreation center? Why are your classes priced higher?
Well let me explain...
You really do get what you pay for.
My classes are not the typical "Cookie Cutter" class, where one-size-fits-all.
There are not 20 + people in my classes.
My classes allow for individual attention, which will enable you to reach your goals faster.
I chat with you about your fitness goals and objectives, helping and encouraging you along the way.
I know each and every one of you by name. I know your weak areas, and I work with you to ensure your program is safe and effective to meet your needs.
I provide a different lesson plan each and every class, with a different focus each class.
I provide you with your own workout, providing suggestions and guidelines as you go along.
You get a variety of music.
I am constantly taking new courses, workshops and upgrades.
I am always on the lookout for new ideas, new exercises, new equipment, new classes.
I listen to what it is you want, and provide you with that.
You can work at your own pace, and feel comfortable doing that. There is no competition or judgement in my classes. You dress comfortably.
Cute little towels are provided.
E-mail updates, personal e-mails and phone calls to check in with you.
We have fun in each and every class!!
There are lots of other reasons my classes are worth it.
I look forward to teaching you each and every day. I love my job! You guys are fabulous, you work hard each and every class.
I certainly could provide you with the cookie cutter class, where every class is the same, the same workout, the same exercises, the same music. I could have 20 people in my class, and just ignore each and every one of you, to leave you to fend for yourself. That would be easy. It would not be fun for anyone. The motivation to come to class would be lost. The motivation to workout would be lost. The opportunity to share all this fun stuff with you would be gone. The opportunity to have fun in class would be gone.
I would love to hear from you, let me know what you think. I am always open to new suggestions, or ideas. I am always available to chat after class if you have any questions or concerns. Please just let me know. If you would like to fill out an evaluation form, please go to
www.summerlandphysio.com
and print one off. You can fill it out, and drop it off at the clinic.
Thanks for your feedback, it helps to effectively improve programs for the future.

You get what you pay for! I use the rec centre for my own workouts when your classes don't fit my schedule, but I've never attended any of their fitness classes. Of course when I'm working out at the rec centre, I'm using your workouts from your blog. So paying for your expertise is a gift that keeps on giving. I'm signing up for your next session of boxing - yikes!
Thanks Dianna!! I am working on a new posting for a Boot Camp Workout. I hope to get that together soon. I look forward to having you in the boxing class next week!! It will be fun...
